Which isn't the end of the world. Tier lists are always subjective, even just saying "in terms of damage", there are multiple ways to interpret that. Some classes can "nova" (burn a lot of resources for a high amount of damage, but only a few times per day), some have damage dependant on the target or situation (eg sneak attack being good against most targets if you can get flanking, but useless against a few or if you haven't ... I can't really offer any insight beyond any of the classes should work just fine. My decision is ultimately going to come down to a few factors.
